Subscription and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains Ollevi’s recurring subscription, cancellation and refund arrangements.
Effective date: 28 August 2026
1. Price and billing
Ollevi is offered at R49 per month unless a different price or promotion is clearly shown at checkout. International customers may see a converted amount determined by their payment provider. Taxes or bank charges, where applicable, may affect the final amount.
2. Recurring payment
By subscribing, you authorise the payment provider to collect the recurring monthly charge until cancellation. Paid access begins after successful payment confirmation. If payment fails, access to paid features may be restricted until the account is brought up to date.
3. Cancelling
You may cancel at any time through an available subscription-management function or by emailing mjogroup55@gmail.com from the address linked to your account. Cancellation prevents future renewal. Unless the law or checkout terms require otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
4. Cooling-off rights
Nothing in this policy limits cooling-off or cancellation rights that apply under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, or other applicable law. A qualifying South African consumer may have a statutory right to cancel an electronic services transaction within the applicable cooling-off period.
5. Refunds
Refunds are provided where required by law. Other refund requests will be assessed fairly based on the circumstances, including duplicate charges, technical failure or unauthorised payment. Contact us promptly and include the account email and payment reference, but never send full card details or a PIN.
6. Price changes
If the subscription price changes, existing subscribers will receive reasonable advance notice where required. Users may cancel before the new price takes effect.
7. Account information after cancellation
Cancellation of billing does not necessarily delete account information immediately. Data access, export and deletion are handled according to the Privacy Policy, applicable law and the account controls available at the time.
