A Life File is not a will, trust deed, power of attorney, beneficiary nomination, advance healthcare directive or other legal instrument. Entering information into Ollevi does not create, amend, revoke or validate any such document.
Original documents remain important
Uploading a copy does not replace an original document where an original, signature, witness, certification, registration or prescribed form is legally required. Users remain responsible for keeping originals safely and telling appropriate people where they can be found.
Accuracy and review
Users are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and currency of their information. Life circumstances, laws, accounts, policies and nominated persons can change. Information should be reviewed regularly and checked with an appropriately qualified professional when necessary.
No emergency reliance
Ollevi is not an emergency, medical-alert or guaranteed document-delivery service. It should not be the only place where urgent care instructions or time-sensitive information are kept.
